Patio Design

For this project, the client desired to remodel their existing patio due to its deterioration and lack of aesthetic appeal. We presented the client with several design options for the patio, including one with a new pergola. Ultimately, the client chose the patio design without the pergola, with future plans to install a sunroom.  Each client is different, but completing a project in phases is a very common and cost-effective option!

The client selected a curved patio design to soften the linear elements of the exterior and driveway. I measured the entire existing patio and drafted all of the plans in AutoCAD. This process helped determine the optimal layout for their existing outdoor furniture and other necessary elements within the space.
