Interior Design

From $50

A one-hour initial consultation with the client is free. This includes a walk-through of the home and a discussion of the work the client would like done.

The client must provide their budget and a deposit of $150.00 before work starts. All work done after the deposit is paid will be charged at an hourly rate of $50.00/hr. Hours will be determined with the client based on the scope of work.

Phase 1:

  1. After the initial consultation, I will visit the site a second time to take measurements of the necessary spaces and furniture needed for drawing up the existing conditions. (1-2 hours)
  2. I will then draw up the existing conditions on the computer. (2-6 hours depending on the scope of work and the size of the building)

Phase 2:

  1. Once the existing conditions are drawn up, I will develop 2-3 different floor plan options based on our previous consultation and my design suggestions. (Approximately 8 hours)
  2. Please select whether you want to keep to a 2D floor plan, elevations, and sections, or if you would like an additional 3D model with or without furniture and décor added. (A 3D model will add 2-6 hours, depending on the complexity of the project)
  3. The client will choose their favorite floor plan option or a combination, and I will finalize the drawing accordingly. (2-6 hours)
  4. The client is allowed 2 revisions to the final floor plan presented. (I will make the client aware of the hours required to edit the plan)

Phase 3:

  1. I will print and/or email the final drawings and 3D renderings (if applicable) to the client.

Phase 4:

  1. If the client would like any additional help sourcing furniture, décor, rugs, etc. I would be happy to help at the same rate of $50/hour. (2-6 hours, depending on the number of items to be sourced and feedback from the client)

Landscape Design

From $50

A one-hour initial consultation with the client is free. This includes a walk-through of the property and a discussion of the work the client would like done.

 

The client must provide their budget and a deposit of $150.00 before work starts. All work done after the deposit is paid will be charged at an hourly rate of $50.00/hr billed weekly. Hours will be determined with the client based on the scope of work.

 

Phase 1:

  1. After the initial consultation, I will visit the site a second time to take measurements of the necessary spaces needed for drawing up the existing conditions. (1-2 hours)
  2. I will then digitally draw up the existing conditions. (2-6 hours, depending on the scope of work and the size of the building)

Phase 2:

  1. Once the existing conditions are drawn up, I will develop 2-3 different design options based on our previous consultation and any suggestions. (Approximately 8 hours)
  2. Please select whether you want to keep to a 2D floor plan or if you would like an additional 3D model. (A 3D model will add 4-6 hours, depending on the complexity of the project)
  3. The client will choose their favorite design option or a combination, and I will finalize the drawing accordingly. (2-6 hours)
  4. The client is allowed (2) revisions to the final design plan presented. (I will inform the client of the hours required to edit the plan.)

Phase 3:

I will print and/or email the final hand-rendered drawings and 3D renderings (if applicable) to the client.  

Fine Gardening

From $50

A one-hour initial consultation with the client is free. This includes a walk-through of the property and a discussion of the work the client would like done. 

The client must provide their budget and a deposit of $150.00 before work starts. All work done after the deposit is paid will be charged at an hourly rate of $50.00/hr billed monthly or when the project is complete. Hours will be determined with the client based on the scope of work.

 

The following fine gardening services can be included for your property based on the specific needs of the landscape and client preferences:

  • Small-Scale Garden Maintenance:
    • Weeding
    • Assistance with plant selection, purchasing, and ordering
    • Planting
    • Deadheading
    • Staking/Tying
    • Seasonal Cut-Downs
    • Transplants
    • Pruning of shrubs, flowers, and small trees (ornamental)
    • Perennial division
  • Container Arrangement and Maintenance:
    • Planting of annuals in selected planter(s) changed seasonally
    • An initial addition of potting soil and organic granular fertilizer if desired
    • Watering and addition of liquid fertilizer as needed
    • Deadheading flowers throughout the seasons
  • Vegetable Gardens:
    • Weeding
    • Natural or organic pest and disease control
    • Mulching
    • Fertilizing
    • Maintaining adequate moisture levels (consideration of irrigation)
    • Pruning
    • Tilling and amending the soil
    • Assistance with seed starting, seed saving, seedling transplanting, and thinning
    • Harvesting
  • Plant Health:
    • Soil amendment (compost and other nutrients) when planting or as needed for poor soil conditions
    • Addition of organic granular fertilizer or compost when planting and throughout the growing season, per the needs of the plant
    • Soil PH testing
    • Introduction of Native Plants and Ecological Gardening Solutions
  • Houseplant/Tropical Plant Care:
    • Trimming of dead leaves
    • Assessment of ailing plants by analyzing roots and making changes based on the assessment
    • Pest control (options based on client preference and level of infestation)
    • Advice on proper lighting, pot types, soil types, watering, and fertilizing needs based on the specific plant
    • Propagation
